A Practice In Intentional Integrity was offered from 2000 to 2003. The workshops taught hundreds of people communication skills for maintaining integrity in conflict. It was organized and taught collaboratively by the four women lawyers who later went on to form RockRose Institute. The four women, Justine Durrell, Maja Ramsey, Dana Curtis and the Hon. Rebecca Westerfield (Ret.), were all informed by their study of Angeles Arrien’s cross-cultural wisdom teaching, and their professional mediation and litigation experience.
